Delivery

1. DELINVERY IN LITHUANIA

1.1 Goods are delivered exclusively through postal machines.

1.2 We will ship the goods within 1-3 working days after the payment has been made.

1.3 Goods will be delivered to the buyer using Omniva, DPD, or LP Express.

1.4 Normally, goods are delivered via postal machines within 1-3 days, except for deliveries to Neringa.

1.5 For goods sent to Neringa, delivery will take place within 2-18 working days from the day of dispatch.


2. DELIVERY ABRAOD

2.1 We send items to international destinations using registered mail.

2.2 Orders are shipped within 2-5 working days after payment.

2.3 The delivery time varies by country. Usually, goods are delivered in EU countries within 4-7 working days. For a more accurate estimate, please contact your local post office.

2.4 The recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs, and local taxes applicable in their country.

2.5 The buyer must provide the exact delivery address for the goods.

2.6 The buyer must receive the goods personally. If the buyer is unable to receive the goods and they are delivered to the specified address, the buyer cannot claim delivery to the wrong entity.

2.7 The seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the buyer's fault or circumstances beyond the seller's control.

2.8 The buyer must notify the seller immediately if the shipment arrives in damaged packaging, contains unordered goods, or has the wrong quantity or incomplete product set.

2.9 The buyer must provide the seller with photos of the damaged package and/or item(s) by mail.

2.10 If the goods are returned to the seller due to the buyer's fault with an incorrectly specified or inaccurate address, or if the goods are returned because they were not collected from the post office within the storage period, the buyer must cover the re-shipment costs to the seller. If the buyer refuses to accept the shipment after requesting a refund for the goods, the shipping costs are not refunded.
