1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The rules of this online store (hereinafter referred to as "the Rules") are a legally binding document for the Buyer and the Seller (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller"), which outline the rights and obligations of both parties.

1.2. The seller has the right to change, amend, or supplement these rules at any time. The buyer will be informed about any changes on the electronic store's website.

2. CONCLUSION OF PURCHASE-SALE AGREEMENT

2.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded when the Buyer places an order for goods in the electronic store, after familiarizing themselves with these rules.

3. SELLER'S RIGHTS

3.1. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notification to the Buyer.

3.2. If the Buyer attempts to disrupt the operation, stability, or security of the electronic store, or violates their obligations, the Seller reserves the right to restrict or suspend their usage of the electronic store without prior notice.

4. SELLER'S OBLIGATIONS

4.1. The seller agrees to provide access to the services of the online store, which are governed by these rules.

4.2. The seller agrees to deliver the purchased goods using the buyer's chosen delivery method, according to the conditions outlined in these Rules for the purchase, sale, and delivery of goods.

4.3. In the event that the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered from the online store due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller reserves the right to terminate the Purchase-Sale Agreement after notifying the buyer in advance. In such a situation, the seller may offer a similar product to the buyer. If the buyer declines the offer, the seller agrees to refund the payment within 3 working days.

4.4. After the buyer uses Rule 5.2, the Seller agrees to refund the payment within 5 working days upon receiving the returned goods.

4.5. The Seller cannot refund the amount paid to the Buyer until the goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the goods have been sent to the Seller, whichever happens first.

5. BUYER'S RIGHTS

5.1. The buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these Rules.

5.2. The buyer has the right to cancel the contract for the purchase and sale of goods from the online store by informing the seller in writing within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the goods.

5.3. The Buyer can only exercise the Buyer's right discussed in point 5.2 if the product has not been damaged, its appearance has not fundamentally changed, and it has not been used.

6. BUYER'S OBLIGATIONS

6.1. The buyer is responsible for paying for the purchased goods and accepting them in accordance with the procedures outlined in these Rules.

6.2. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods during delivery without significant reasons, the Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods at the Seller's request.

6.3. Upon delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must inspect the condition of the shipment and the goods with the Seller or the delivery person.

6.4. By using the online store, the buyer confirms his agreement with these rules of purchase and sale and must comply with them.

7. PRICES

7.1. The prices of items in the online store are listed in euros. Once you confirm your order, the delivery fee will be added to the total amount of the goods, if it is specified in the delivery terms.

8. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

8.1. When visiting the online store, the buyer selects the products they like and adds them to the shopping cart. Once the shopping cart is created, the buyer enters their personal information required for order fulfillment: their name, surname, delivery address, telephone number, and any additional information necessary for the delivery of the ordered goods. The buyer confirms that they have familiarized themselves with the rules and then confirms the order.

8.2. Payment can be made using electronic banking services.

9. DELIVERY

9.1. When ordering goods, the buyer must provide the exact delivery address for the goods.

9.2. The buyer must personally accept the goods. If the buyer is unable to do so and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the buyer cannot make claims regarding the delivered goods to the wrong person.

9.3. The seller delivers the goods to the buyer according to the terms specified in the product descriptions.

9.4. The characteristics of all goods sold are indicated in the description attached to each item. The seller is not responsible for discrepancies in color, shape, or other parameters of the goods in the online store due to variations in the buyer's monitor.

9.5. If the buyer cancels the purchase-sale agreement, all amounts paid by the buyer, including the delivery costs, will be refunded.

10. RETURN AND EXCHANGE

10.1. Quality goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Defects of low-quality goods are fixed and exchanged in line with the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.2. When returning goods, the following conditions must be met:

10.2.1. The item must be in its original packaging, except when returning a defective item;

10.2.2. The product must be undamaged by the buyer;

10.2.3. The product must be unused and maintain its commercial appearance, including intact labels and protective film, except when returning a defective product;

10.2.4. The returned product must be of the same configuration as the one received by the buyer, unless it's a defective product;

10.2.5. The seller has the right to refuse goods if the return conditions are not met;

10.2.6. The return of goods is completed within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt, unless the goods are of poor quality; in that case, the return is completed within the statutory warranty period;

10.3. The return and exchange of goods of suitable quality follows Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of Lithuania.

10.4. The money paid for goods accepted but later rejected is returned to the buyer's account within 5 (five) days of the return, unless otherwise agreed upon by the seller and the buyer.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

11.1. These Rules are written in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2. These Rules and the relationships between the Parties regarding these Rules are governed and interpreted based on the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.3. Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are to be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.4. The Parties are exempt from fulfilling their obligations under these Rules if they cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the Parties (Force majeure).
