Return and exchange
We always hope that our products will make you happy and meet the highest quality standards. However, if the product you received is of poor quality, unsuitable, or did not meet your expectations, please don't worry. We will help you solve this problem.
First, please contact us as soon as possible. The fastest way to do this is to send us a personal message via Facebook or Instagram, or contact us by email at info@kanilook.com.
1. TERMS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE
1.1 Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the product to inform us about the return or exchange via email at info@kanilook.com.
1.2 Please state the reason for the return or exchange, provide the order number, your contact details, and include the invoice received with the purchased products.
1.3 Within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, send the returned/exchanged product to the following address: Suopiau st. 8D, Žemaitkiemi km., Kaunas district LT-54340 via a registered package using a parcel service of your choice. Please inform us about the sent product by emailing us at info@kanilook.com and provide the package number or other relevant information for package tracking.
1.4 The buyer is responsible for the safe return of the product. If the returned product is lost at the parcel terminal points, the buyer is responsible for the loss.
1.5 The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, except in cases where the return is due to poor product quality.
1.6 In the case of a defective product, we will accept and replace it with a similar product. If we do not have a similar product, we will refund the amount paid for the product.
1.7 The product to be returned must have original labels, be unworn, undamaged, and maintain its original appearance. If it is part of a set/suit, it must be returned as a complete set.
1.8 Please note that the 14-day return/exchange policy does not apply to custom-made or modified goods.
2. REFUND TERMS
2.1 Upon receiving your returned product, we will assess whether the product is undamaged and meets the conditions for returning and exchanging goods as outlined below.
2.2 If the conditions have not been met, you will not receive a refund, and you will be informed about this separately.
2.3 If all the conditions have been met, the money will be transferred to your bank account from which you paid for the product no later than 14 calendar days from the day of receipt.
2.4 If the product was purchased with a discount and is being returned, the refund amount will reflect the valid discount.
These conditions and rules for exchanging and returning goods are governed by Article 6.362 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
